Whether you found us or we found you!

An initial intake call will help us identify the scope of your project and how we can help you. An experienced member of our sales team will contact you and answer any questions you may have.

2.

Site Meet

Your sales representative will meet you on site to talk about your vision and ideas. He or she will evaluate the site and take preliminary photos and measurements.

If you have a logo you will be asked to provide files. Our design team can assist you in createing a new logo or recreating an existing one for a hourly fee.

3.

Concept Design & Estimates

Our design team will evaluate your art files and site in collaboration with the sales team to propose concept ideas. Our rigorous process includes manufacturing and engineering reviews, code allowance analysis, and design for distance viewing and illumination.

An estimate will be prepared based on the initial design.

4.

Approval

When revisions are finished and you are happy with the estimate and design you will receive a DocuSign with the full art, terms and conditions, and Purchase Agreement.

At this time a deposit is due to begin work.

NOTE: All manufacturing timelines and install dates depend on receipt of these items. Delays may affect your due date.

5.

Production Design

At this stage, you will receive an introductory email to your Project Manager who will oversee any additional tasks such as final full construction design, permitting (if required), engineering, site surveys, installs, etc.

NOTE: Permitting and engineering timelines can vary greatly from city to city. Final designs and costs may be subject to change based on these evaluations.

6.

7.

QC & Install

After manufacturing, the job will be through our quality control inspection and be scheduled for final install.

NOTE: Certain types of signs require city inspections. Install dates may be subject to the city’s schedule. At this time, you may receive an invoice for the manufacturing portion of the job.

4.

Final Invoicing

After install completion and client approval, you will receive a final invoice. Please refer to your Terms and Conditions for due dates.

THANK YOU!

Frequently Asked Questions

Who manufactures your signs?

This can be an extremely important question! There are some reputable sign brokers who sell signs and manage projects but do not manufacture in house. However, there are just as many seeking to take advantage of clients. The result is that you could be paying a large markup to a broker who has no skin in the game.

Mello Signs designs, sells and manufactures all their signs in-house! Doing this ensures the highest quality standards are followed on every sign. We stand behind our products because we know they were made the right way. Our signs are delivered on time because we control the process.

I need a sign, but I don’t have a design. Do I need to hire an artist?

No! Our team of designers can take your idea and create a one-of-a-kind work of art to display on your wall, door, or building. Our designers are artists, creators, and innovators skilled in understanding what you want and creating a masterpiece for you.

I have multiple locations across the country. Do I need multiple sign companies?

No! Mello Signs is a national sign company who provides signs across the country. Our Team of experts can provide signage wherever you need it. It’s important to brand all your businesses the same to ensure a consistent look. Let Mello Signs be the one stop shop for all our signage needs across the nation!
