What to Expect | Project Timeline

First ContactWhether you found us or we found you!
An initial intake call will help us identify the scope of your project and how we can help you. An experienced member of our sales team will contact you and answer any questions you may have.
2.
Site MeetYour sales representative will meet you on site to talk about your vision and ideas. He or she will evaluate the site and take preliminary photos and measurements.
If you have a logo you will be asked to provide files. Our design team can assist you in createing a new logo or recreating an existing one for a hourly fee.
3.
Concept Design & EstimatesOur design team will evaluate your art files and site in collaboration with the sales team to propose concept ideas. Our rigorous process includes manufacturing and engineering reviews, code allowance analysis, and design for distance viewing and illumination.
An estimate will be prepared based on the initial design.
4.
ApprovalWhen revisions are finished and you are happy with the estimate and design you will receive a DocuSign with the full art, terms and conditions, and Purchase Agreement.
At this time a deposit is due to begin work.
NOTE: All manufacturing timelines and install dates depend on receipt of these items. Delays may affect your due date.
5.
Production DesignAt this stage, you will receive an introductory email to your Project Manager who will oversee any additional tasks such as final full construction design, permitting (if required), engineering, site surveys, installs, etc.
NOTE: Permitting and engineering timelines can vary greatly from city to city. Final designs and costs may be subject to change based on these evaluations.
6.
ManufacturingAfter all required approvals and permits are obtained, you will be notified that your job is moving to the active product phase. Please refer to the timelines provided by your Sales Representative and Project Manager.
7.
QC & InstallAfter manufacturing, the job will be through our quality control inspection and be scheduled for final install.
NOTE: Certain types of signs require city inspections. Install dates may be subject to the city’s schedule. At this time, you may receive an invoice for the manufacturing portion of the job.
4.
Final InvoicingAfter install completion and client approval, you will receive a final invoice. Please refer to your Terms and Conditions for due dates.
