He immersed himself in every facet of the signage process over the next decade, from selling and production to installation and management, giving him unparalleled expertise in the industry.

Under Joe’s leadership, what began as a 2,500-square-foot operation grew into a powerhouse requiring over 36,000 square feet of space to keep up with demand. Not content with just one avenue of growth, Joe expanded the company into millwork and acquired Image 212, a premier large-format printing shop.
